Two months to prove the content model.
A focused doctor content production and organic social media pilot built for Al Manar Hospital. Vynzo will research, script, shoot, edit, publish and manage the content system while Al Manar coordinates doctor availability and approves every medical and factual message.
01
The new direction
This is not the previous marketing plan. It is a completely new two month operating model.
The pilot is intentionally focused. Instead of promising a large fixed content volume, the partnership is built around eight real production opportunities, disciplined approvals, professional post production and consistent organic management. The objective is to prove quality, speed, coordination and audience response before a larger long term plan is considered.
Pilot model
Eight production windows. One clear system.
Al Manar chooses the dates according to doctor availability. Vynzo arrives with the required production team, captures as much useful content as practical within the agreed slot, then carries the work through editing, approval and publishing.
Al Manar confirms which doctor or doctors will be available for each production date before Vynzo travels to the hospital.
Output depends on doctor availability, script length, retakes, practical production time and content complexity.
Vynzo captures as much useful doctor content and supporting footage as reasonably possible within each confirmed slot.
Content operating flow
Every piece moves through a controlled approval path.
Vynzo leads research, content planning and production. Al Manar and the relevant doctor remain the final authority for medical, clinical and hospital facts before filming and before publication.
Doctor expertise, public education topics, audience relevance and content opportunity.
Vynzo prepares the topic, structure, hook, key messages and draft script.
Al Manar or the relevant doctor confirms all medical, clinical and factual information.
Vynzo production personnel record the approved doctor content at the hospital.
Basic social media focused editing, captions, clean cuts, audio work and platform formatting.
Final edited content is presented for the required content approval before publication.
Approved content is scheduled and published through agreed Al Manar social channels.
Vynzo monitors organic response and uses the learning to improve the next production cycle.
What the content can become
One production slot can create multiple usable content moments.
A doctor session may be shaped into short educational videos, answers to common patient questions, awareness content, service explainers, doctor introductions and other platform ready formats. The exact mix remains flexible so Vynzo can use the available time intelligently.
On site operations
A production slot should feel organised, not open ended.
The hospital prepares the people and place. Vynzo prepares the production. The time window is intentionally controlled so both teams can work efficiently.
Vynzo team checks the approved location, framing, audio and required production setup.
The confirmed doctor or doctors are ready at the agreed time and the planned content is recorded.
Where useful and permitted, Vynzo may capture hospital overview, environment, equipment and contextual visuals at no additional production charge.
The team completes the practical production within the slot and leaves without unnecessary waiting or open ended extension.

- Provide the production date based on doctor availability.

- Research doctor expertise and prepare content direction and draft scripts.
- Carry normal local travel and ordinary production logistics.
- Produce and edit usable content within the agreed base scope.
- Publish only approved final content.
- Manage the organic content flow and monitor performance during the pilot.
Scheduling discipline
Flexible when necessary. Protected from avoidable disruption.
Performance proof
Measure the difference from day one to day sixty one.
Vynzo will capture an initial social performance baseline around 1 September 2026 and a closing performance position around 31 October 2026. The comparison will use reasonably available and comparable platform data.
The pilot aims to improve organic performance, but no fixed views, reach, followers, inquiries, appointments, conversions or revenue are guaranteed.
Commercial structure
Simple payment. Clear boundaries.
The base price covers the agreed pilot system. Anything outside the defined scope can be discussed and priced separately rather than silently expanding the project.

Governance and privacy
Healthcare content needs a stronger approval culture.
Vynzo will not treat marketing approval as medical authority. Medical, clinical, hospital and factual content is reviewed by Al Manar or the relevant authorised doctor. Vynzo keeps appropriate approval records so the production and publishing trail remains clear.
